Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing sales budgets, conducting quotations and emergency purchases, and tracking supply deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Management of quotations and emergency part purchases 2. Delivery tracking and communication with involved departments 3. Analysis of reasons for emergency purchases Handling sales team budget requests to generate quotations and execute emergency part purchases; Conducting quotations with potential suppliers for emergency purchases; Executing emergency purchases by evaluating supplier, price, delivery lead time, current inventory levels, and optional items; Tracking deliveries of emergency purchases and informing other involved departments of the expected delivery date; Maintaining records for analysis of root causes of emergency purchases, reporting findings to the coordinator and/or category buyer responsible for the identified stockout; Performing additional tasks as needed or when capacity allows, per Purchasing Department requirements.
