Job Summary: Implement TOTVS Protheus BackOffice modules, provide customer support, perform system parameterization, and configure the system. Key Highlights: 1. Assist with initial parameterization and configuration of the PROTHEUS system **[Services] Protheus Implementation Analyst** ============================================= TOTVS | Caxias do Sul - RS | Hybrid Job Description Implement TOTVS Protheus BackOffice modules, providing customer support during initial implementation activities, basic parameterization, process analysis, and system configuration support. Responsibilities and Duties * Support implementation of BackOffice modules (Tax, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Billing, Contract Management, Fixed Assets); * Participate in process analysis with the client and identification of requirements; * Assist with initial parameterization and configuration of the PROTHEUS system; * Execute basic and integrated tests, and support end-user training; * Prepare technical and process documentation; * Log and track technical support tickets, when necessary. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields; * Basic business knowledge in BackOffice areas (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Billing, Procurement, and Inventory); * Basic knowledge of ERP Protheus; * Basic SQL knowledge. Desirable Requirements * Prior experience in ERP system implementation or support; * Knowledge of tax and accounting routines; * TOTVS courses or certifications.
