Leadership and development of the finance team The company is seeking a Controller professional in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Perform financial management, including financial planning, cash flow management, and resource acquisition. Execute treasury routines, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Coordinate administrative routines, ensuring internal process organization. Monitor financial and operational KPIs and propose improvement actions. Manage contracts with suppliers and partners. Manage people and support the development of the finance team. Conduct budget planning and control, tracking actual performance versus forecasts. Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures, guaranteeing adherence to internal policies. Previous experience as Financial Manager, Controller Analyst, Finance Supervisor, or Finance Director may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
