We encourage people from all kinds of social groups to join our community, so that—despite vastly different origins and realities—we can nurture our shared aspiration to dream big and evolve into better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Your main responsibilities** * Design and implement modern data architectures (Data Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, and AI model productization), ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. * Define best practices for maintainability of data pipelines (ETL/ELT), using modern technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Kafka, Airflow, and Databricks. * Work on modeling and architecture of relational and distributed databases, optimizing performance and costs. * Create and optimize SQL queries and process large volumes of data using Spark and Delta Lake. * Structure and apply data governance, quality, and security policies, with focus on LGPD and GDPR. * Implement data observability and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring traceability, integrity, and performance of data loads. * Integrate data across cloud environments (Azure), ensuring high availability, resilience, and reliability. * Integrate data solutions with platforms such as SAP (not mentioned in the new announcement). * Support and review implementations in Python and data frameworks, guiding technical and business teams. * Version and automate data workflows via Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions, focusing on CI/CD and DataOps.
