This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to acquire practical experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide prompt and courteous first-level user support, understanding user needs and guiding them on appropriate actions—or escalating to other IT team members for more complex cases. * Assist users with access, navigation, operational questions, and common errors in systems (ERP, CRM, HR, BI, etc.). * Perform basic checks (cache, permissions, versions, parameters, error logs) and execute authorized workarounds. * Reproduce error scenarios, collect evidence (screenshots, error messages, steps), and document findings for team analysis. * Monitor maintenance windows, notifications, and communications regarding planned downtime. Maintain physical and electronic documents and records updated and organized per defined procedures. * Maintain and create FAQ articles and step-by-step (how\-to) guides for recurring issues. * Update first-level support runbooks with best practices and useful links. * Participate in and observe daily IT team routines to gain practical professional knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program related to Information Technology; * Basic knowledge of simple software installation and configuration; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. * Proficiency navigating systems, portals, and web browsers. **Additional Information** Internship stipend; Meal allowance; Mobility allowance.
