1. DEFINITION:
SOCIEDADE EDUCACIONAL SANTA RITA S.A., the institution maintaining CENTRO UNIVERSITÁRIO DA SERRA GAÚCHA FSG Bento Gonçalves, hereby announces the opening of the Teacher Selection Process, also allowing participation of currently contracted teachers at higher education institutions, according to criteria established by the Administration and as set forth in this Call.
2. VACANCY SCHEDULE:

4. REGISTRATIONS:

End: until 11:59 p.m. on 11/16/2025 (Sunday).
ATTENTION: Interested candidates must register on Gupy and prove their qualifications during document submission.
Failure to provide any mandatory documentation will invalidate the candidate's approval.

5. CRITERIA FOR FILLING VACANCIES:
Registrations meeting the following criteria will be accepted:
* All courses
Completed Bachelor's degree: In the field of the respective course or related areas.
Minimum qualification: Master's degree.
Activities to be performed: Teaching classes in related disciplines and/or supervising internships in the field. Participation in teaching, research, and extension activities.
6. SELECTION PROCESS EXECUTION:
The first phase, eliminatory and ranking in nature, will consist of analysis and evaluation of the Lattes Curriculum, conducted by the Coordination of Centers, NDEs, and Academic Vice-Rectorship.
a) Diplomas and certificates, including Master's and Doctoral degrees, will only be evaluated upon admission for qualification purposes, when issued by nationally recognized institutions, observing regulations granting them validity, including respective registration;
b) Documents related to courses completed abroad will only be considered if validated for the national territory and recognized by CAPES, according to provisions of the Brazilian Education Guidelines and Framework Law No. 9,394/96, CNE/CES Resolution No. 1, dated 01/28/2002, and other legal guidelines on the subject;
c) Proof of documents listed in the Lattes curriculum must be submitted at the time of hiring.
Selected candidates will be summoned for the teaching test on 12/01 and 12/02 via WhatsApp or e-mail. The same summons will inform the date, time, location of the teaching test, along with the class topic defined by the course coordinator for each area.
The teaching test will include the following items: presentation of a trial lesson with content defined at the end of this call and an interview with the examining board.
For this phase, up to 05 (five) candidates per available vacancy in each area will be summoned.
The teaching test will have an estimated duration of 30 (thirty) minutes, consisting of 10 (ten) minutes for the trial lesson and 20 (twenty) minutes for the interview with the Examining Board.
At the time of content presentation, the candidate must provide a brief explanation regarding the topic. This item, according to the Evaluation Instrument, will be worth 80 points.
Summoned candidates must deliver three copies of the lesson plan related to the content of the topic proposed by the Examining Board on the day of the teaching test. Failure to do so will result in loss of evaluation points.
The teaching test will take place between 12/03 and 12/10/2025.
The Examining Board will consist of the Course Coordinator, one member from the NDE, and/or one member from the academic area/Vice-Rectorship.
Candidates who fail to attend the second phase (teaching test) will be eliminated.
7. CANDIDATE'S SCORE:
The candidate's final score will be determined based on the evaluation by the examining board.
8. ADMISSION:
The final result (candidate placement) and immediate admissions will be communicated by the Human Resources Department via WhatsApp or e-mail starting 12/12/2024 (Friday). The hiring process must be finalized by 02/01/2026 for the start of the academic term (02/24/2026), with the candidate committing to comply with internal rules of the IES.
Other ranked candidates will be called when there is an actual need.
In case of withdrawal, the next candidate in the ranking order of the Selection Process will be called.
Under any circumstances, the candidate commits to presenting all necessary admission documents as listed by the Human Resources Department, including the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), within a maximum of 2 (two) days from notification of vacancy filling.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS:
The Selection Process will be valid for 1 (one) year.
Omitted cases will be decided by the Examining Board.
The execution schedule of this call may be altered at any time by the faculty selection committee if justified, without granting applicants any right to oppose or claim due to any changes. Such changes will be publicly announced if they occur.
