Job Summary: Professional responsible for assembling and adjusting parts and components, reading technical plans, testing products, and identifying and correcting defects. Key Highlights: 1. Use of manual and electric tools **DESCRIPTION** * Assemble parts and components according to technical drawings or production orders. * Read and interpret engineering plans/drawings. * Use manual and electric tools (screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, etc.). * Adjust and fit parts to ensure proper functionality. * Perform final product testing and verification; identify and correct simple defects during assembly. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in this role, preferably in the metallurgical/industrial sector. * Experience working on production lines is a plus. * Hands-on experience assembling parts, equipment, or structures. * Familiarity with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, micrometer). * Basic computer skills. * Training in LID and Metrology. * Completed elementary education. **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance: BRL 26.00 per workday, credited to a card * Transportation assistance: BRL 200.00 credited to a card, no deduction. * Health insurance: Círculo plan; company covers 50% for the employee, effective only after probation period. * Attendance bonus: BRL 100.00\. \- Salary: BRL 2\.640,00 \+ 40% hazard pay. \- Working hours: 07:00–11:45 and 12:57–17:00, Monday to Friday. Reside in Caxias do Sul/RS, with easy access to the Santa Catarina neighborhood.
