We are seeking a **Construction Analyst** to support administrative routines at the construction site, ensuring **organization, document control, and support for engineering and production teams**. **Responsibilities** * Organization and control of construction site documents (designs, daily logs, ASOs, integrations, forms, and contracts). * Recording invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders. * Monitoring attendance records for the construction team and submitting data to HR. * Supporting inventory control of materials, PPE, and tools. * Receiving suppliers and visitors. * Preparing administrative reports and spreadsheets. * Supporting engineers and supervisors in daily routines. * Organizing physical and digital files. * Tracking employee documentation. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred). * Experience in administrative routines, preferably on construction sites. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills. * **Resident of Araucária, Pinhais, or Curitiba – PR**. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with construction management systems (Sienge, TOTVS, Mega, or similar). * Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory, and invoicing. * Experience handling occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
