Painting services, surface preparation, and finishing. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Perform preventive and corrective civil maintenance on company facilities. * Carry out repairs to masonry, floors, walls, sidewalks, walls, and civil structures. * Perform painting services, surface preparation, and finishing. * Conduct minor repairs and renovations in internal and external areas of the facility. * Install floors, claddings, plastering, and other civil construction services. * Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately. * Maintain a clean, organized work environment compliant with safety regulations. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or incomplete elementary education. * Experience in civil construction, civil maintenance, renovations, or building conservation. * Practical experience in masonry, painting, repairs, and finishing. Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
