For employees, our commitment lies in personal and professional development, providing a broad career path both in retail and across other businesses within the Dimed Group. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide differentiated customer service with empathy, promote the private-label brand and the company’s unique strengths; participate in product receiving, storage, and expiration date control at the store; assist in product storage and restocking at the store according to established standards; maintain store and product organization in accordance with Panvel standards; provide support for store administrative tasks when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Aged 14–24 (no age limit for persons with disabilities); Availability to work Monday through Friday, either morning or afternoon shift; No prior experience required, as we are a talent-development company. **Additional Information** The theoretical portion of the training program is conducted at Senac or CIEE, and the practical portion takes place at a Panvel branch; Transportation allowance; Pharmacy allowance (10%–40% discount); Gympass discount; Possibility of permanent hiring; Immediate start availability.
