Job Summary: The professional will support the planning, programming, and control of maintenance activities, developing schedules and monitoring performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. We began our journey in 1984 and, over the years, have expanded our operations, now operating three strategically located factories in southern Brazil: Caçador/SC, Santa Cecília/SC, and Palmas/PR. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support planning, programming, and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities * Develop and update maintenance schedules using tools such as MS Project or similar * Monitor maintenance work orders, ensuring deadlines, resources, and sequences are properly planned * Assist in preparing shutdown letters, maintenance plans, and activity lists * Update maintenance indicators (KPIs), including: * Maintenance backlog * Schedule compliance * Equipment availability and reliability * Collect technical information from maintenance, operations, and engineering teams * Support control of resources (labor, materials, and services) required for activity execution * Record and keep maintenance histories updated in the system (CMMS/ERP, e.g., SAP, Totvs, etc.) * Support analysis of simple failures and standardization of maintenance plans * Ensure organization and standardization of maintenance documentation * Monitor field executions when necessary for technical learning and validation of planned information * Comply with company safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Production, or related fields * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and PCM concepts * Familiarity with schedule development and activity sequencing * Basic knowledge of **MS Project** or similar tools * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel** (tables, filters, basic formulas) **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll find:** Life Insurance; Health/Farmacy Benefit Card; Meal Allowance / Attendance Bonus; Chartered Transportation; On-site Cafeteria; Profit Sharing (PLR); Education Assistance.
