Perform programming and/or adjustments directly on the machine panel, interpreting 2D technical drawings and ensuring compliance with machining specifications, tolerances, and materials. Carry out the replacement and adjustment of cutting tools such as milling cutters, drills, tool heads, among others, according to operational requirements and material characteristics. Conduct dimensional inspection of machined parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Record production data in computerized systems according to production orders, including execution time, number of parts produced, stoppages, and other operational information. Replenish lubricating oil in the machine reservoir whenever necessary, ensuring proper operation and preventing premature component wear. Perform periodic cleaning of the machine and workstation, removing residues, organizing tools, and maintaining the environment according to safety and productivity standards. Remove chips generated during the machining process and transport them to designated disposal areas, complying with environmental and operational regulations. Ensure organization and maintenance of the work environment, keeping workbenches, tools, and accessories clean, safe, and accessible. Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protection Equipment (CPE) provided by the company, ensuring personal and coworker safety.
