We are looking for someone to lead **Configuration and Supply Management**. You will work directly with operations, scheduling, and implementation. In other words: if you don’t enjoy solving real problems, this role is not for you. Let me be direct about who will stand out in this role: * Has previously organized operational chaos and transformed it into process — didn’t wait for instructions; took initiative and acted. * Is obsessed with availability: the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time. * Understands that supply management is not merely "purchasing", but rather **ensuring operations never stop**. * Demands accountability, monitors progress, and makes decisions swiftly — without outsourcing responsibility. * Can connect end-to-end: inventory, technicians, scheduling, and end customers. * When problems arise, doesn’t explain — resolves. This person will: * Directly support the scheduling team * Coordinate equipment configuration requests * Ensure continuous flow between inventory, technicians, and installation * Establish processes where improvisation currently exists This role is for those who want to grow by being measured on delivery — not rhetoric.
