**Purchaser \- Videira \- SC \#1363** 3 openings CEP: 89\.560\-000 Salary and benefits: to be negotiated * Meal provided at company * Attendance bonus (after probation period) * Discounts on network stores’ products (after probation period) * Util Card health plan (after probation period) Working hours: business hours, Monday through Friday Key responsibilities: * Procure products according to store demand and the network’s commercial strategy; * Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, commercial conditions, and order volumes; * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers; * Analyze inventory turnover, stockouts, stock coverage, and ABC classification to ensure adequate supply; * Monitor market trends, new product launches, and consumer behavior; * Track costs, margins, and product profitability; * Issue and monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and potential discrepancies; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Logistics, and Finance departments; * Support promotional activities and commercial campaigns; * Ensure compliance with the company’s internal procurement policies. Mandatory requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience as a purchaser in the food retail sector; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, cost analysis, and pricing strategies; * Experience managing inventory and procurement KPIs; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Analytical, organized, and strategic mindset; * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and decision-making capacity; * Ability to work effectively under targets and deadlines.
