Job Summary: Supervise and monitor the sewing team, ensuring adherence to the production plan, quality standards, and deadlines, while promoting team development and continuous process improvement. Develop and train the team **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise and monitor the sewing team, assigning tasks and tracking performance. * Ensure compliance with the production plan, deadlines, and established targets. * Guarantee product quality throughout the entire production process. * Guide, develop, and train the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Monitor production, quality, efficiency, and absenteeism indicators. * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, reducing waste and increasing productivity. * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards in the department. * Collaborate with PCP, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Human Resources departments to ensure smooth production flow. * Support the implementation of new products, processes, and team training programs. **Requirements to apply for this opportunity:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience supervising sewing teams in textile manufacturing. * Knowledge of sewing processes, operations, time studies, and methods. * Experience with performance indicators (productivity, quality, efficiency, and rework). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Higher education or technical degree in Production, Fashion, Production Engineering, or Management. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools. **Benefits:** * Attendance Bonus; * Group Life Insurance; * UtilCard; * On-site cafeteria; * Up to 50% discount at company-owned stores starting from the date of hire; * Dedicated parking at the company; * Transportation Allowance.
