Description
**Responsibilities:**
* User Support (Help Desk): Assist with Level 1 service requests, resolving hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues;
* Hardware Maintenance: Format computers, install operating systems (Windows/Linux), and configure peripherals (thermal printers, barcode scanners, etc.);
* Networks and Infrastructure: Support structured cabling organization and basic network asset monitoring;
* Internal Systems (ERP/TMS): Provide basic support for the company's transportation and logistics management system;
* Asset Management: Assist in inventory control of IT equipment (laptops, data collectors, corporate mobile phones);
* Documentation: Update procedural manuals and knowledge bases for end users.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields (preferably from the 2nd semester onward);
* Technical Knowledge:
* Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite;
* Familiarity with computer assembly and maintenance;
* Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, Wi-Fi);
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of SQL or programming logic;
* Interest in logistics processes and supply chain.
