Your contribution will be essential to ensuring our products operate efficiently and securely. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Will:** * Analyze and interpret user stories requiring implementation, transforming requirements into technically viable solutions; * Write well-structured, clean, easily understandable, and testable code, applying industry best practices in software development; * Perform manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests for features, ensuring not only system quality and stability but also compliance with predefined requirements; * Maintain Inovadora’s products by identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and software failures; * Create and keep up-to-date technical documentation for tasks developed, ensuring proper system usage and understanding, while minimizing time loss and rework across the team; * Manage, integrate, and maintain databases and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement security measures to reduce vulnerabilities and protect both data and system functionality; * Identify software performance bottlenecks and optimize server-side efficiency to ensure fast response times and scalability; * Build APIs and Web Services to enable communication between different parts of the system and with third-party applications; * Work closely with your team and other Inovadora members — answering questions, identifying opportunities, and supporting the development of solutions to real-world challenges. **How It Works:** * Assumes responsibilities outlined in the departmental plan. * Understands the business and has a deeper grasp of interdependencies among involved variables. * Makes operational decisions without necessarily relying on precedents, recognizing the impact of actions on their team and on those with whom they interact most frequently. * Receives prioritized responsibilities and seeks guidance and support when needed. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails; * Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others; * Web development experience; * Knowledge of Agile methodology.
