Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine will include:** * Supervising the product loading process to ensure proper handling and safety for both personnel and goods, preserving their integrity and quality, and verifying the accuracy of shipped quantities. * Supervising the area, planning and executing tasks for the team, and providing necessary materials and equipment; * Preparing and generating reports on the shipping department’s operations, machinery, and personnel; * Monitoring attendance and punctuality through timekeeping records; * Guiding employees regarding company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters; * Identifying root causes of equipment malfunctions and promptly coordinating maintenance; * Supervising internal 5S audits to ensure workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness, thereby maintaining a conducive working environment; * Sizing and organizing the team by shift according to operational needs; * Conducting formal monthly meetings with the team to share information, production updates, and other company-related topics; Monitoring and evaluating the performance of all employees under your responsibility, providing guidance when necessary to maintain workflow pace, quality, and productivity; * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation; * **Availability to work fixed afternoon shifts (6 days on / 1 day off), from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM;** * Interest in logistics; **Additional Information** Life Insurance; Pharmacy/Cafeteria Card; Life Insurance; Meal Allowance / Attendance Bonus; Chartered Transportation; On-site Cafeteria; PLR (Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus); Education Assistance.
