Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring quality, preventing waste and fraud, and guaranteeing adherence to schedules and budgets in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations **Work Location:** Passo Fundo or Campinas (On-site) Your primary responsibility is to ensure quality, prevent waste, prevent fraud (especially in public works), and guarantee adherence to schedules and budgets. **Responsibilities:** * Verify whether payments made to the contractor correspond to actual work completed, thereby avoiding overcharging or premature payments for unperformed services; * Project and Budget Analysis; * Verify whether applied materials and construction techniques comply with requirements, preventing substitution with inferior-quality materials; * Monitor adherence to delivery schedules; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations; * Issuance of Technical Reports and Assessments: Produce technical documents recording irregularities and recommending corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Relevant experience in this role; * Availability to work on-site; * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor)** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
