Position:** Senior BPM Analyst **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business acumen, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Map, model, and standardize processes (As Is / To Be) Lead continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization Develop and monitor process performance indicators Integrate processes with internal departments (IT, Audit, GRC, Strategy) Develop executive presentations Facilitate workshops for internal departments to present and train on process improvements Maintain updated workflows and procedures aligned with the company's value chain Support process governance (framework, roles, responsibilities, indicators) ? Required Knowledge Experience in process modeling (BPMN) Knowledge of modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, ARIS or similar) Understanding of corporate departmental processes Experience with continuous improvement management and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA) Hands-on experience with performance indicators and data analysis Ability to lead improvement projects and interface with multiple departments ?
