




**Industry: Heavy Machinery Parts Distributor** **Responsibilities:** * ** **Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to Protheus TOTVS system users; * Perform installation, configuration, updates, and monitoring of the Protheus environment (application server, database, and TOTVS SmartClient); * Support in managing related databases (SQL Server or others used by Protheus); * Identify and resolve incidents related to ERP, infrastructure, and integrations; * Conduct testing and validation after system updates and customizations; * Maintain updated technical documentation; * Collaborate with business areas and TOTVS vendors to solve problems and implement improvements; * Assist the IT department in general activities (hardware, network, printers, backups, and user support). **Requirements:** * Proven experience with the Protheus TOTVS system (implementation, updates, configuration, or support); * Knowledge of Protheus Administration, TOTVS SmartClient, AppServer, and DBAccess; * Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, scripts, and maintenance); * Basic understanding of network and server infrastructure (Windows/Linux); * Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or related fields. **Advantageous Skills:** * ** **TOTVS certifications or courses; * Knowledge of ADVPL or TDS (TOTVS Developer Studio); * Experience with system integrations; * Experience in medium to large-scale environments. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 11:50 and from 13:30 to 18:00. **Salary:** * Determined according to the candidate's experience level. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 400.00; * Bonus of R$ 300.00 to R$ 500.00, linked to unit revenue.
