




Open and close the office, ensuring the organization of the work environment; Prepare coffee and provide hospitality for clients and brokers; Attend clients and brokers in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; Perform financial routines: accounts payable, accounts receivable, printing payment slips, and account closures; Control delivery and receipt of keys from brokers; Organize and gather various documentation for projects and administrative routines; Enter data into internal systems and CRM; Receive, verify, and organize orders; Provide support and attend to demands from managers in the Commercial, Projects, and Finance areas. Requirements: Completed High School (mandatory); Previous experience in administrative, financial, or customer service roles; Proficiency with management systems, spreadsheets, and online tools; Good document organization skills and ability to support managers. **Advantageous qualifications:** Experience in accounts payable and receivable routines; Knowledge of CRM **Working hours:** **Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30.** Job type: Full time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.784,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
