Conduct market development by selecting potential partners (producers) according to corporate strategies, defining demonstration areas, and comparing performance against conventional products, aiming to increase regional market share. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering; Knowledge in soybean and corn crop management (weeds, diseases and pests, fertilization, seeds, pesticides), marketing, and market development will be considered a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other computer applications; Valid driver's license (Category B); Active CREA registration.
