**CLT CONTRACT – UNIT:** PASSO FUNDO\-LARGEST HR RECORD WORKING WITHIN AMBEV PASSO FUNDO **POSITION:** JUNIOR FIELD SERVICE ANALYST **SALARY:** BRL 2,300.00 **BENEFITS:** transportation allowance or transportation expense reimbursement: BRL 352.00 per month \+ MEAL ALLOWANCE: BRL 23.30 PER DAY \+ MEDICAL INSURANCE: PORTO SEGURO \+ Dental plan from the union (deduction of BRL 11.25 per month – this is mandatory – union) \+ Food allowance BRL 163.83 \+ PLR twice a year on average – two installments of BRL 165.44 – proportional **WORK HOURS:** 08:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for all IT demands * Cable crimping and cabling testing * Cable identification, fiber testing and splicing * Switches and router testing * Patch panel assembly * Configuration/Formatting of PCs, Laptops and smartphones * Knowledge of Office suite and Microsoft collaboration tools * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows) * Ticket handling \+ customer support * Asset inventory * IT rounds / Fast Field * Availability to travel for visits to other units (if necessary) **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's degree
