Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve service tickets for clients and users, especially VIP users (Directors, Superintendents, and Managers); Perform routine hardware, software, and system testing and evaluation to proactively ensure service quality. **Requirements:** Requirements: – Fluent English; – ITIL certification; – Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours daily on rotating shift).
