Position:** Senior Facilities Analyst **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business acumen, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Cafeteria services; Employee transportation; Security; Landscaping; Cleaning and asset maintenance Reduce costs and emissions by efficiently managing vehicle maintenance, refueling, and upkeep. Conduct campaigns and monitor compliance with traffic regulations. Participate in the development of procedures to ensure formalization and clarity of activities, and their efficient execution. Pantries; Meeting and training rooms; Locker rooms and restrooms; Propose automation of activities; Apply sustainability concepts. Field verification of procedures and processes to ensure safety and compliance with legal standards. Participate in and propose low- or medium-complexity projects involving other departments and company employees on an ongoing basis. Provide freight services (pickup/delivery) for parts, equipment, various purchases, and documents outside industrial units and commercial offices (downtown). ? Required Knowledge SAP system knowledge; Advanced Excel; Lean concepts. ? Specific Knowledge Advanced knowledge of departmental processes (typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree and professional experience), enabling independent work without direct supervision; Ability to solve difficult and complex problems; Strategic and critical analysis capability regarding processes, suggesting and implementing improvements; Capable of leading departmental projects/processes under moderate supervision; Trains new employees with less knowledge/experience, influencing them through explanations of facts, policies, and practices. ?
