We are looking for an IT Analyst with a hybrid profile, combining backend development and infrastructure administration. The candidate will be responsible for working on software projects, maintaining production environments, and solution architecture, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications (focus on automation, APIs, and integrations); * Design, build, and optimize PostgreSQL databases (data modeling, complex queries, tuning); * Administer and support Linux-based environments (Ubuntu); * Design and implement scalable and resilient software architectures; * Maintain on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure (monitoring, backups, updates); * Participate in defining technical standards and best practices; * Collaborate with security, networking, and development teams; * Document technical solutions and procedures. * Advanced Python (preferred: requests, pandas, asyncio, Flask/Django); * PostgreSQL database: relational modeling, optimized queries (advanced SQL), administration and tuning; * Linux: server administration (CLI), Bash scripting, user management, permissions, services; * Software Architecture knowledge: design patterns, REST API design, scalability concepts, high availability; * Infrastructure: basic networking and protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP), security fundamentals (firewall, SSH, hardening). **Requirements and qualifications** * **Desirable differentiators**: Experience with Docker, Oracle Cloud, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins), Kafka, monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana), experience in migration or management of high-availability infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible). * Autonomy and proactivity; * Strong communication skills for interaction across technical and non-technical teams; * Systemic thinking and analytical capability; * Commitment to deadlines and quality; * Interest in continuous learning; * Certifications will be considered a plus. **Additional information** * Meal allowance; * Birthday leave; * Performance-based commission.
