Supermarket seeking a Store Leader in Ibirubá (Progresso). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the team (cashiers, restocking, bakery, butcher, etc.). Oversee store opening and closing. Monitor sales targets and performance indicators. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and restocking of shelves. Support resolution of customer conflicts. Monitor inventory control and merchandise restocking. Verify work schedules and team organization. Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or Department Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
