The SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/corrections, and its execution will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions as follows: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by Operational Units extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee paid by the company and dependent(s)' monthly fee paid by the employee. 2.1. Work schedules and shifts will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and the candidate must inform their availability for the established schedule. Candidates who choose not to accept the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly **Salary:** R$ 21.92 **Unit:** Rua Diny Righetto Gerhardacesso BR 285 km 336Ouro Preto | Carazinho RS - 99500000 **Job Summary:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreation classes at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing sports and leisure promotion activities for SEST and in performing administrative tasks in the area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED GRADUATION – BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by MEC) and/or; b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREF. **PROOF:** Copy of Professional Identity Card corresponding to the Regional Council of practice. (At the time of admission, a clearance certificate issued by the agency will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PROVEN IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIFFERENT AUDIENCES AND/OR TEACHING DANCE CLASSES. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents presented will be rejected. Proof of professional experience requested must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp and signature, stating the start and end period, if applicable, the type of service performed, and a description of the activities carried out; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Record – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, containing identification section and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relation to the desired position (only if CTPS registration has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process) c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying the activities performed in the services rendered, plus item “b”, if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
