Job Summary: This Infrastructure Assistant will be responsible for monitoring internet links, installing and maintaining network equipment and servers, as well as collaborating on the optimization of IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in network and server infrastructure (Windows and Linux) 2. Collaboration in optimizing IT solutions 3. Technical support and user training Monitor internet links and connectivity between units; Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, UPS devices, and the physical data center infrastructure; Install and maintain Windows and Linux servers; Engage third-party IT services by submitting or opening service tickets; Collaborate in user education and training; Assist in preparing technical reports, assessments, opinions, and other supporting documentation; Participate in infrastructure analysis and propose solutions to optimize time, cost, and customer satisfaction; Provide technical support within their area of expertise, assisting and clarifying doubts to ensure process execution and information security. **Position:** Infrastructure Assistant **Professional Area:** Information Technology / IT **Requirements: Experience and Qualifications:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Technology or related fields; Relevant work experience. **Experience and Qualifications:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Technology or related fields; Relevant work experience.
