




**Senior HR Business Partner Analyst – Passo Fundo** **Temporary Contract for Maternity Leave Coverage** **Requirements:** * Driver’s license category B * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience in Human Resources subsystems, particularly as an HR Business Partner * Completed Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree or MBA preferred **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:18 PM **Responsibilities:** Position will be based at one of our clients: **Coca-Cola FEMSA** * Lead talent attraction processes, ensuring hiring of professionals with competencies required to execute business unit strategies, aligned with the company’s cultural fit, and support hiring-related decision-making; * Lead onboarding of new employees; * Actively participate in the annual performance evaluation cycle with teams, providing support and guidance; support leadership in building a talent pipeline, including development, succession planning, and retention initiatives; * Support leadership and teams in conducting and deploying organizational climate survey actions, and monitor implementation of action plans; * Execute local HR processes, proposing and implementing continuous improvements; * Analyze HR metrics and propose improvement actions to enhance Climate, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) indicators; * Manage apprenticeship programs, recruitment and selection, monitoring and reporting on quota compliance and development initiatives; * Manage the local cafeteria, ensuring contractual compliance, tracking improvement actions, and supporting audits; * Support and execute HR team transformation projects, contributing to process innovation and improvement. **Salary:** BRL 4,990.00 + Meal Allowance: BRL 32.84 per day – 10% monthly deduction + Transportation Allowance as needed – 6% monthly deduction Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
