Enter data into internal systems and control spreadsheets. Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable. Manage schedules, deadlines, and commitments for teams and projects. Answer phone calls, emails, and customer and partner requests. Assist in monitoring contracts and legal documentation. Maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams. Support the organization and logistics of meetings, trainings, and events. Comply with internal standards for organization, security, and confidentiality. Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
