Preparation of budgets and quality control Education Completed Technical Secondary Education in Building Construction, registered with the respective professional council. Experience Experience in building maintenance, surveys, budgeting, control spreadsheets for the area, supervision of maintenance activities, external inspections, scope development, service spreadsheets, and administrative tasks. Knowledge Excel, maintenance management software, budget preparation. Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Assist in the management, execution, supervision, maintenance, safety, environmental aspects, and restoration of construction projects, in accordance with engineering standards, norms, and technical specifications, within the technical limits established by one's education. Participate in, adapt to, and/or supervise the preparation of preliminary designs, physical\-financial schedules, and other construction phases. Prepare budgets, service quotations, reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to one's area, in compliance with pre-established standards and current legislation. Monitor and control the quality of supplies and services provided by third parties. Interpret norms, procedures, and technical drawings relevant to one's field of activity. Participate in the formulation, development, execution, and control of planning and budgeting processes in one's area of expertise and/or integrated areas. Manage inventory of materials in one's area. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
