




**Industry:** Fashion, Optics, and Personal Development **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute marketing campaigns (branding, sales, engagement, and relationship) from concept to final delivery; * Create and edit visual and audiovisual content (posts, carousels, videos, stories, reels, and ads), maintaining brand visual identity; * Conduct photo and video shoots in stores, events, and behind-the-scenes, transforming everyday activities into strategic content; * Manage social media publications according to the editorial calendar and analyze post performance; * Support internal and external campaigns, such as store activations, events, and promotional actions; * Develop physical graphic materials (bags, tags, posters, giveaways, signage), ensuring visual communication consistency; * Liaise with suppliers and partners for quotes, production, and delivery of materials; * Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product launches; * Assist in annual marketing planning and monitor performance indicators of marketing actions; * Safeguard brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints—physical and digital. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related fields; * Previous experience in marketing or visual communication; * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.); * Strong communication skills, aesthetic sense, and creativity; * Organized and committed to meeting deadlines. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 6:30 PM. **Salary:** Negotiable based on profile and experience. **Benefits:** * Expense allowance: BRL 500.00 * Unimed health plan (after 60-day probation period) * Plan paid by the company * Co-payment covered by the employee * Performance-based bonuses Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
