Carry out commercial, maintenance, and connection installation activities, including cutting and reconnecting services, inspections of water/sewage connections, installation of new water/sewage connections, and maintenance of the water supply system (transmission mains, distribution network, valves, service lines, and water meters). Perform operations at water and sewage collection/treatment stations; well treatment; operation of motorized equipment; monitoring and recording of parameters enabling water quality assessment; physical-chemical water analyses; hydrobiological, physical-chemical, and bacteriological sewage analyses; and activities related to water and sewage pumping stations. Develop activities related to water meter reading collection, inspect connections, and perform water cutting and reconnection, aiming to determine the monthly consumption of each consumer unit and maintain customer relations to conduct surveys for continuous improvement of water supply, sewage collection, and treatment services.
