




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or Marketing (with focus on data and digital performance); * Proficiency in: * SQL * Power BI or Qlik Sense * Advanced Excel * GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio * ETL and data modeling * Digital performance analysis and e-commerce KPIs * Analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to handle large volumes of data; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Support e-commerce commercial planning and budgeting; * Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports, tracking sales results, margins, operations, and marketing performance; * Analyze metrics and trends to identify business opportunities and risks; * Automate and validate data routines to ensure data integrity and quality; * Consolidate sales forecasts and targets in collaboration with business units; * Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to structure consumption and staging layers; * Document data sources, calculations, and responsible parties in the digital channel data dictionary; * Propose process and routine improvements based on analytical insights and feedback from business areas; * Demonstrate collaborative, empathetic, and proactive behavior, even under pressure; * Participate in internal training sessions and alignment meetings for continuous process improvement. 2512030202191843956
