Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion External Concrete Sales Representative | Consultative Sales | Congonhas - MG We are looking for a sales-driven individual with strong external prospecting skills to join our team as an External Concrete Sales Representative in Congonhas - MG. If you have experience in active prospecting, building lasting client relationships, and wish to drive the growth of a solid company in the civil construction sector, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory:** \- Proven experience in external sales, preferably in construction materials or concrete. \- Skill in active prospecting and development of new business. \- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion. \- Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH A and/or B) \- Personal vehicle **Responsibilities and Duties:** \- **Active Prospecting:** Mapping ongoing construction projects in the city and surrounding areas (expanding neighborhoods, new housing developments); \- **Consultative Sales:** Serving B2B clients (construction companies/engineers) and B2C clients (residential construction), offering appropriate technical solutions; \- **Technical Visit (Inspection):** Visiting construction sites prior to order closure to verify truck access, need for concrete pumps, and volume estimation (measuring required volume); \- **Negotiation:** Preparing commercial proposals, negotiating prices and payment terms; \- **Operational Interface:** Communicating site-specific details to logistics/production planning teams \- **After-Sales Support:** Monitoring (when possible) the start of concrete pouring and conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
