Comply with safety regulations and support the field team. **Job Description:** Responsible for operating tire tractors and roller compactors in earthmoving, paving, and general construction projects, ensuring proper service execution according to project specifications, technical standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate tire tractors and roller compactors for soil, asphalt, and other material compaction. * Perform leveling, spreading, and compaction as per technical guidance. * Conduct daily equipment inspections, verifying operational conditions, fuel levels, and functionality. * Ensure equipment preservation, cleanliness, and basic maintenance. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support the field team as required by the construction project. * Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisors.
