Driver Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Assist the driver in product verification, perform loading and unloading, guide maneuvers, and ensure delivery completion and sales settlement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the driver in product verification and handling 2. Ensure customer retention and a positive company image 3. Complete delivery closure and collect payments ü Daily assist the route driver in verifying loaded products for truck release; ü Perform vehicle loading and unloading whenever necessary; ü Guide the driver during maneuvering or hazardous driving situations; ü Greet and identify oneself to the PDV representative upon delivery to foster customer retention and maintain a positive company image; ü Present the invoice to the customer before unloading, indicating product quantities and varieties, total invoice value, and payment method; ü Correctly sort returnable containers to be loaded, ensuring that damaged bottles and other rejected assets are not brought back to the distributor; ü Verify unloaded products with the customer and carry them to the location designated by the customer within the establishment, arranging them neatly; ü Complete delivery closure by collecting sales payments or obtaining signatures on invoice stubs, bank slips, and loan agreement forms; Comply with the company's code of conduct and all applicable procedures.
