Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with suppliers, prospecting new ones, negotiating, qualifying, and ensuring delivery timelines and quality in civil construction. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Construction 2. Knowledge of the SIENGE tool (Preferred) 3. Negotiation and supplier management skills Description: * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Technical Course in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Construction. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of the SIENGE tool (Preferred) * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, and organizational ability; attentiveness and proactivity. * Develop and enhance relationships with suppliers of materials and services; * Actively prospect new suppliers of products and services; * Study and ensure thorough understanding of the business, products, materials, and services to effectively negotiate with suppliers; * Qualify suppliers; * Ensure lowest cost without compromising delivery timelines and quality of supplied items; * Guarantee suppliers' delivery timelines; * Maintain close contact with the operations team to ensure accurate understanding of purchase orders and/or services, and timely execution of the procurement process. 2511080202181857295
