Every day brings new opportunities—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment by diagnosing failures through inspection of components, devices, installations, schematics, drawings, catalogs, technical analysis, and evaluation, as well as disassembling, recovering, assembling, lubricating, testing, and/or replacing mechanical components. * Perform preventive mechanical maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components through periodic inspections to carry out necessary replacements based on machine and equipment history. * Assemble repaired assemblies by adjusting parts and devices using specific precision instruments. * Install new machines or equipment, or relocate existing ones when required. * Respond to service requests via work orders, performing repairs after work permits are issued, and providing data on executed maintenance to update equipment maintenance histories. * Conduct preliminary risk analysis for tasks to be performed, following established safety standards and procedures. * Request parts/equipment needed to execute work. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. * Close completed service orders, updating maintenance histories. * Guide professionals with less experience. * Promote safety actions, standards, and procedures to raise awareness among employees and managers and disseminate a culture of compliance with safety standards, procedures, practices, and objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. * Safeguard equipment under one's responsibility and the work environment.
