Every day presents an opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to incidents in designated areas upon request from the Central Control Panel operator, aiming to ensure equipment operational continuity; * Measure silos containing flour, clinker, cement, and coke, following established procedures and frequencies; * Maintain field cleanliness, guiding third-party teams on operation and equipment cleaning priorities; * Monitor raw material levels in silos and trigger replenishment when required, according to established standards; * Collect final and in-process product samples per Quality Department instructions and forward them to the laboratory for analysis to monitor and ensure product quality; * Inspect production process flow and implement corrective actions for any anomalies detected; * Clean transfer chutes, mill inlets, and peripherals to support proper equipment operation; * Inform the Central Control Panel operator about equipment conditions and any anomalies identified to enable timely corrective action. * Operate the boiler when necessary, adhering to operational and safety standards; * Clean the furnace smoke box, complying with operational and safety standards to ensure process continuity; * Comply with VCPS Production Pillar processes and guidelines; * Support maintenance activities during incident response; * Assist the Central Control Panel operator in completing Anomaly Analyses by providing field-collected information; * Load ground coke for dispatch; * Perform mill recharging; * Clean mill grates; * Hand over shift incidents to the next shift colleague; * Serve as guardian of the VCPS Production Pillar **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Desirable Technical training in mechanics, electricity, or electrotechnology. **Additional Information** OUR BENEFITS Our ***\#Health\_and\_Safety*** principle underpins **Our Way of Being**.
