Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to review KPIs, complete cost simulators, organize results, and prepare presentations—contributing to excellence in construction materials and sustainable solutions. Every day presents an opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Review of operational KPIs; * Completion of business cost simulators; * Organization and consolidation of performance flash reports; * Preparation of presentations for periodic forums; * Occasional participation in plant inventory activities; * Organization of materials and committees related to Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB); * Updating reports available in Power BI; * Reporting on goal achievement; * Preparation and submission of various financial reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Organizational skills, discipline, and analytical intelligence, working under tight deadlines with maximum accuracy in deliverables. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Basic knowledge of finance/accounting and controller functions; * Process management and internal controls. * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. **Desirable** * SAP knowledge (MM/CO/FI) * Power BI (PBI) knowledge. * Process management and internal controls. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
