Participate in Safety Minutes and prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) documents; 2\. Detect, report, and analyze occurring anomalies, recording them in the anomaly report; 3\. Clean equipment at the end of each shift; 4\. Open work orders (WO) in the SAP system for potential electrical or mechanical maintenance interventions; 5\. Accurately complete the production report; 6\. Operate equipment relevant to the systems; 7\. Perform cement or mortar bagging, operating and controlling the bagging machine’s weighing systems according to specified quantity standards; 8\. Operate equipment in accordance with established standards for quantity, quality, and safety, while monitoring and maintaining adequate stock levels; 9\. Respond to requests from Shift Operator I for verification of issues detected in systems and equipment, providing data to guide panel operations/corrections/process adjustments/maintenance; 10\. Detect and report potential equipment malfunctions/defects through visual operational inspections, contributing to process preservation and minimizing manufacturing losses; 11\. Report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor to optimize process performance; 12\. Assist the maintenance team during corrective or scheduled shutdowns; 13\. Conduct product analysis (mortars and sands) during product setup; 14\. Monitor and control sack consumption for bagging; 15\. Perform sand mill parameterization; 16\.
