**Responsibilities and Duties**
1\. Participate in Safety Minutes and prepare Risk Analysis and Prevention Plans (APRs);
2\. Detect, report, and analyze anomalies, recording them in the Anomaly Report;
3\. Clean equipment at the end of each shift;
4\. Open Work Orders (OS) in the SAP system for potential electrical or mechanical maintenance interventions;
5\. Accurately complete the Production Report;
6\. Operate equipment related to the systems;
7\. Perform cement or mortar bagging operations, operating and controlling the bagging line’s weighing systems according to defined quantity standards;
8\. Operate equipment in accordance with established standards for quantity, quality, and safety, while monitoring and maintaining adequate stock levels;
9\. Support Shift Operator I in troubleshooting issues detected in systems and equipment, providing data to guide panel operations / corrections / process adjustments / maintenance;
10\. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or defects through visual operational inspections, contributing to the preservation of manufacturing processes and minimizing associated losses;
11\. Report any irregularities immediately to the supervisor to optimize process performance;
12\. Assist the maintenance team during corrective or scheduled shutdowns;
13\. Conduct product analysis (mortars and sands) during product setup;
14\. Monitor sack consumption for bagging operations;
15\. Configure the sand mill parameters;
16\. Comply fully with all VCPS (Votorantim Cimentos Production System) processes for the Bagging Production area.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed High School Education
Desirable
Technical training in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Electrotechnology.
