Job Summary: Operate and monitor high-complexity machinery, perform basic maintenance, document activities, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to continuous process improvement **Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery in high-complexity operations according to detailed technical instructions. * Perform inspections and basic maintenance on machinery prior to operations. * Monitor machinery performance during production. * Adjust and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Document operation and maintenance activities in detailed reports. * Follow safety regulations and operational procedures during machinery operation. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs for technical updating. * Keep machinery clean and organized. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed. * Contribute to continuous production process improvement.
