**Job Description** **Location: Goiatuba/GO**
We seek a professional who will represent Syngenta within our customers—the very reason for our existence. This includes prospecting new business, presenting solutions, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and visiting customers—because business happens in the field.
Key responsibilities of the agricultural sales representative include:
* Identifying business opportunities and new customers;
* Preparing commercial proposals, negotiating prices and payment terms;
* Providing technical assistance to customers and clarifying product-related questions;
* Conducting demonstrations and training on proper product usage;
* Monitoring contract execution and performing post-sales follow-up;
* Collecting market and competitor intelligence to support company decision-making.

To perform the role of agricultural sales representative, the following are required:
* We value science and knowledge; therefore, a completed undergraduate degree in Agronomy is required;
* Experience in marketing and/or sales within the agricultural sector;
* Passion for customers, discipline in executing strategic plans, and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
* Experience in **Crop** is desirable;
* Willingness to travel and visit customers across different regions;
* Willingness to reside in Goiatuba/GO
