




**Workplace:** CER II (Health Unit) Address: RUA DAS PALMEIRAS, 165 **Schedule:** 5x2 **Working Hours:** from 07:00 to 19:00 (with overtime pay in accordance with current legislation) **Job Responsibilities:** * Control access of employees, patients, companions, visitors, and service providers; * Perform identification, guidance, and orientation of the public, ensuring an organized and safe flow; * Ensure order, safety, and integrity of people and the health unit’s assets; * Record entries and exits according to internal procedures; * Comply with and enforce the unit’s regulations, especially health, safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols; * Report any incidents, irregularities, or risk situations to supervision; * Support the unit’s team in managing queues and organizing access areas; * Maintain ethical, courteous, and professional conduct when interacting with the public. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as an access controller, doorman, or similar role (preferred); * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work extended hours, including overtime. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Punctuality and commitment; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.021,12 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
