Job Summary: Perform machine programming and production, record shift output, arrange maintenance, and maintain control over quality procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Visual inspection of tires and assembly of wheel-tire sets • Perform the sequence of machine programming and production, seeking guidance and promptly reporting to supervision any quality-related issues, maintenance needs, material shortages, or other problems, ensuring adherence to planned production. • Record shift output, registering assembled sets and analyzing production scheduling. • Arrange maintenance by completing the appropriate request form and informing supervision. • Maintain control over quality procedures by completing and/or verifying that required documents are properly and correctly filled out, thereby ensuring compliance with standards. • Remove protective plastic from the wheel and conduct a visual inspection to detect possible macroscopic defects; position the valve on the wheel, insert the device onto the valve stem base, and operate the lever to ensure perfect valve seating, then place the wheel onto the assembly conveyor belt. • Visually inspect the tire to detect possible macroscopic defects and verify presence of balance markings. Position the tire on the assembly conveyor belt and adjust the mounting machine according to work specifications. • Begin assembly of the set: apply lubricant (soap) evenly around the tire bead using a brush or sponge; move the tire and wheel onto the mounting machine via the conveyor belt; align tire and wheel markings or reference points for mounting and initiate the mounting cycle.
