After all, it is 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform outpatient services following instructions from coordinators, supervisors, doctors, or responsible nurses, observing and recording signs and symptoms presented by patients, providing treatments in some cases, administering medications, giving first aid to injured or ill personnel, performing dressings, noting incidents, and preparing reports; * Manage and attend to outpatient operations, recording patient data and medication outputs, and ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of the outpatient facility; * Develop assistance plans within health protection, recovery, preservation, and rehabilitation services for employees; * Request system forms for exams at external clinics and manage and request occupational exams (Admission, Termination, Job Change, and Return to Work); * Ensure proper conditions for cleaning, preparation, sterilization, and handling of materials within their area of responsibility, as well as carry out treatment and disposal of biological waste; * Monitor maintenance of equipment related to the area; * Purchase medications when company benefits apply; * Visit workplaces and participate in identifying needs in safety, hygiene, and improvements in working conditions; * Support campaigns related to health, safety, and the environment; * Assist doctors during medical consultations; * Develop and/or collaborate on health-related research; * Develop and/or conduct health campaigns; * Issue Work Accident Reports whenever necessary; * Record all procedures performed and update department control spreadsheets. **Requirements and qualifications** * Certified Nursing Technician course recognized by MEC; * Certification in Occupational Nursing registered with COREN; * Experience in the industrial sector and in medical outpatient routines; * Intermediate-level Office package skills; * Additional advantage: Civil Firefighter or Occupational Safety Technician certification. **Worth mentioning:** Availability to work Sunday through Friday from 22:25 to 06:00. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Dining facilities: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social support for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children's kit for your kids. * PPR - Profit Sharing Program. * Payroll-deductible loans. * Study grants. * Educary - Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Shuttle bus service.
